hi i have had this problem and usually is the setting in the two settings of carbohydrate (high and low speed of the screws). you may be able to tune that his car, but it is best to get you to your local model shop. if it does not work after this, make sure you have gasoline in the engine, get youy gasoline car to it by holding your finger over the exhaust and pulling the pull start.
